Privacy policy

When you place an order: your name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), shipping address and the items you bought. If you upload a payment receipt, we keep it with your order so we can check the payment. We never see or store card details or banking passwords.

To process and deliver your order, contact you about payment and shipping, handle exchanges, and keep the records we're required to keep. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising without your consent.

Only the services needed to run the shop: our courier (name, phone, address), our hosting and database providers, and payment or messaging providers when you use them.

Your shopping bag is stored in your own browser. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics to see which pages are visited. Admin sign-in uses cookies.

Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and tax obligations, then deleted.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by messaging @hinagiku.id on Shopee or TikTok.
